Season Beginning.

The season is here again, and the start has not been the greatest. The troubles of a new system for the Wild. They started out losing their first away game, which was acceptable because they need to get back into the swing of the official games.
The second game seemed as though it was going to be a humiliating loss from the way that they were playing throughout the 2nd period. It seemed as though this was the first home opener we were going to lose. Then something snapped in the third period and the Wild came to life. Ended up being a magnificent night in Minnesota, with the Vikings winning the night before, and both the Wild and the Twins winning on a single night.
The third game went off with a rough start and just went downhill from there.

What are your impressions of the Wild, the Twins, or the Vikings?

Minnesota Hockey

Well it's the beginning of the Hockey season in Minnesota, which means the beginning of joyous victories and crushing defeats. For the Minnesota Wild however, it is a chance to show who they are, and what they can accomplish with a different coach and GM. New talent to the Wild such as Sykora and Havlat have a chance to make a splash and help get this team closer to the Stanley Cup. Losses such as Gaborik, at first made it seem like the Wild were going to have a difficult chance replacing him. But with the support of the fans, the Wild can come back out on victory.
The preseason has gone quite rocky since the two initial games that were in Minnesota. There is no need to fright yet however for the team is just getting warmed up and ready to go. With all of the talent that the Wild posses, it is in the making for a great year to come, and not only that, the hope that their awesome fans will come back and join them back at the Xcel Energy Center.
The first home game of the season is on Oct. 6th. When the Wild will take on the Anaheim Ducks. I will try to keep this updated.
